“ We had lunch with the family prior heading home to the cold, our pizza, falafel platter and calzone, it was as good as it was 25 years ago, and even seeing Jon capped off a nice lunch. ”
“ Ordered a couple slices to go for lunch. Quickly put the slices in the oven, came out in less than 5 minutes. Pizza was great NY style like I grew up with. Nice balance of acidity and sweetness, thin crust crispy enough to hold the "Brooklyn Fold" without dripping like softer crusts do. Service was friendly, restaurant seemed clean. Very satisfied with my visit and will go again! ”

“ We were craving kosher chicken but missed The Grove by 1 minute @ 8:01pm. Fortunately, Jon's Place was open until 9pm. We went with the falafel wrap which was a refreshing spin from the traditional pita. It was very earthy, hydrating and flavorful. The falafel wrap came with hummus, tahini and Israeli salad. The wrap kind of fell apart but went great with a fork and knife. This is also a kosher pizza joint with Italian food and fish. I hadn't had Jons place since 10 years ago. They really are a neighborhood staple. I'll be back soon. ”
